Parking: Street parking is the only option and on this street there is a time restriction of 120 minutes (P120) operating from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.  There are streets a short walk away with free unlimited parking - Hadlow Terrace and Coleridge St are both good options.

Rubbish:

There are small rubbish bins in the kitchen and bathroom. When these are full, they can be taken out to the large bins outside the front of the property. Rubbish collection is on Wednesday, so bins need to be put on the street on a Tuesday night.

Local amenities:

  1. Supermarket - the nearest supermarket is a ‘New World’ which is located up Garden Parade, away from the water. You will see a track, go to the top and turn right. It is a 5 minute walk away.

  2. Corelli's Cafe - my favourite in Devonport, great atmosphere and reasonable prices. Located near the top of the main street on the right.

  3. Devonport Cinema - The cinema is located near the top of the main street on the right. Click here for movie times.

  4. Post Office - the nearest post office is located across the carpark from the supermarket

  5. Devonport Bunker - this is a fabulous folk music venue, hidden in a war bunker on the side of Mount Victoria. Click here to find out more.

  6. Manuka Cafe - this is a great relaxed venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A great menu and wood fired pizza. Located halfway up the main street on the left.

Transport:
